Check-in & Check-out: Check-in time is after 3 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests may be accommodated when possible, with prior arrangement. No Smoking: This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside the home or on the premises. Failure to comply will result in a £250 cleaning fee. Pets: No pets are allowed at any time during your stay. Violations will result in a £150 cleaning fee and could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund. Guest Limit: The maximum occupancy is ___ guests. This includes children and overnight visitors. Please let us know the total number of guests upon booking. Noise Levels: Please respect the local community and keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 7 AM. This is a peaceful neighbourhood, and we want to keep it that way. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings or events are not permitted without prior written consent from the property owner. Damage and Breakages: Please report any damage or breakages immediately. You may be liable for significant damage or excessive cleaning required after your stay. Cleaning: While a cleaning service is provided after your stay, we kindly ask that you leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. Dispose of rubbish appropriately and wash and put away any used dishes or kitchenware. Parking: Please only park in the designated area and do not block neighbours' driveways. Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items. Please make sure to secure the property when you leave and keep your belongings safe. Key Return: Please return all keys at the end of your stay as instructed. There will be a £50 fee for lost or unreturned keys. Remember that these rules are in place to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for everyone.
